No-Refund Policy

This No-Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Serviceand applies to all payments made on the Aerixx streaming platform, including subscription fees, pay-per-view purchases, tips, and gift subscriptions. By making any payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
1. All Payments Are Final
All subscription payments and one-time purchases on the Service are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated refunds for partial billing periods, unused subscription time, or content you choose not to watch.
2. Recurring Billing
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method on file. You are responsible for all charges incurred before cancellation.
3. How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of the period you have already paid for.
4. Pay-Per-View, Tips & Gifts
- Pay-per-view: Once a PPV purchase is completed, you gain access to that content. No refunds are issued once access has been granted.
- Tips: Tips to creators are voluntary and non-refundable.
- Gift subscriptions: Gift purchases are final. Unclaimed gifts may expire after the stated redemption period.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid charge violates this policy and may result in immediate account suspension, loss of access to the Service, and a ban on future purchases. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at contact@aerixx.tv before contacting your bank or card issuer.
6. Exception for Verified Fraud
If you did not authorize a charge (e.g., unauthorized use of your payment method), contact us immediately at contact@aerixx.tv. We will investigate and, where verified fraud is confirmed, reverse the unauthorized charge and secure the affected account.
7. Age Confirmation
By making any payment, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and authorized to use the payment method provided. Adult-tier subscriptions (Gold/Platinum and Super Fan) are restricted to adults only.
